ABOUT & CONTACT
All of our therapists and stylists in the Salon are self-employed and manage their own diaries. To book a therapist or stylist, you can contact them by their contact details below. If you are unable to contact one of the therapists/stylists you can contact the salon on either Facebook or through a contact form which can be passed on to them. Please allow 3-5 working days to hear back from the stylist/therapist.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please note: THIS POLICY APPLIES TO ALL THERAPISTS IN THE BERTIFUL SALON.

It is kindly requested that 48hrs notice is given when cancelling or rescheduling your booking. Less than 48hrs notice will be charged at 50% of the booking total, & No Shows will be charged at 99%. Future bookings can be made upon receipt. By booking an appointment with a therapist below, you are confirming your acceptance to this policy.
